Refunds and Returns

YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24-48 HOURS IF THE ITEM IS DELIVERED DAMAGED!!


NO RETURNS ACCEPTED 
You have 24-48 hours from when you place your order to cancel. No fee will be applied

  • Any cancellation AFTER 48 hours will result in a 25% restocking fee, and orders will be processed as Store Credit
  • CUSTOMER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for finalizing their purchase
  • Returns are NOT accepted
  • Absolutely NO RETURNS on custom orders 

STORE CREDIT

We offer Store Credit in special circumstances, and it can be used for future purchases 

QUALIFYING RETURNS

  • To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours if you wish to cancel or exchange the product
  • A qualifying return applies to a customer who made the order by mistake and must be reviewed by T.O.P. • Payment will be issued in the form of a check by default. If the customer prefers a refund to their credit card, a 3.5% processing fee will be applied.
  • CANNOT BE WAIVED SHIPPING LING 

All of our products are designed,  engineered, pre-inspected, and serviced  

INCORRECT ITEM

  • Report the incident within 24–48 hours of receipt to freight@theoutdoorplus.com AND TO: Michele at Outdoorluxelife.com
  • If more than 48 hours have passed, contact support@theoutdoorplus.com
  • Include any related photos, videos, or documents

FREIGHT DAMAGE

  • Customer must notify us within 24–48 hours to freight@theoutdoorplus.com along with any related photos, videos, documents, or any other material you think will help with the report.
  • If damage is seen upon delivery, REFUSE delivery of the product and let the delivery personnel know of those damages
  • If more than 48 hours have passed, contact support@theoutdoorplus.com and
    Michele@OutdoorLuxeLife.com out to our team for a copy.

  • All products from The Outdoor Plus carry a 100% satisfaction guarantee against defects in original materials and craftsmanship.
  • If your product shows evidence of defects, we will fix, repair, or replace your product.
  • The Outdoor Plus does not warranty products that are damaged caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
