Shipping Policy

Welcome to OutdoorLuxeLife. We proudly offer premium outdoor living products crafted for discerning homeowners who value quality, craftsmanship, and lasting enjoyment. Many of our products are handcrafted, custom-built, oversized, or made-to-order, and therefore require specialized freight handling and delivery procedures.

Please review the following shipping information carefully prior to placing your order.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all products delivered within USA. 


Order Processing & Production Times

Handling & Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and custom items may require additional lead time. You will be notified of any delays. Orders generally begin processing shortly after they are submitted. Once production has started, orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification. 

Items may ship separately.


Estimated Delivery Time

Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Freight shipments may take longer depending on your location and carrier scheduling. 

Many of our products are built specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Production timelines vary depending on the product, finish selections, customization requests, seasonality, material availability, and manufacturer production schedules.

Estimated lead times shown on product pages are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

If you require updated lead times before placing your order, please contact us directly. We will be emailing tracking information to you.


Freight Deliveries

While UPS and FedEx are the carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Freight delivery is different than the standard shipping process, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you before delivery day

Because many of our products are large, heavy, fragile, or handcrafted, most orders ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery services. Many freight shipments arrive on a pallet.

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery only unless otherwise arranged in writing, meaning the driver will bring the shipment to the curb or end of the driveway. You will be required to be home to provide an inspection of product and a signature at time of delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate shipping address
  • Ensuring the property is accessible for large freight trucks
  • Having someone 18 years or older present at delivery - preferably 2 people
  • Inspecting the shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
  • Make sure you have the complete order and all items are included

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote delivery locations
  • Redelivery attempts
  • Storage fees
  • Missed delivery appointments
  • Liftgate service
  • White glove delivery requests
  • Address corrections after shipment

We will try to contact you if the carrier advises us of any additional charges.


Delivery Inspection Requirements

IMPORTANT — Inspect All Deliveries Immediately

All shipments must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery and before signing the freight carrier’s paperwork.

If visible damage is present:

  • If you see damage, either decline delivery or clearly note "damaged" and make notes  on the delivery receipt
  • Take detailed photographs of the packaging and product
  • Refuse delivery if severe damage is observed
  • Notify OutdoorLuxeLife immediately

If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, customers must retain all original packaging materials while the freight claim is reviewed.

Failure to report freight damage within 24–48 hours of delivery may limit the ability to file claims or receive replacement assistance.


Freight Damage & Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • Delivery documentation
  • A description of the issue

If damage is visible at delivery, we strongly recommend refusing the shipment and notifying the delivery driver immediately.


Shipping Coverage

Many products include partial or fully subsidized freight shipping within the continental United States. In some cases, shipping may appear as “free shipping” during checkout.

However, due to fluctuating freight rates, oversized dimensions, fuel surcharges, rural delivery zones, or specialized handling requirements, additional shipping charges may occasionally apply after order review. If this occurs, we will contact you for approval before shipment.

Shipping charges are based largely on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier availability.

Shipping and delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Transit times may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Freight carrier delays
  • Manufacturer production schedules
  • Seasonal demand
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor shortages
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

OutdoorLuxeLife is not responsible for delays once freight has been released to the carrier.


Product Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on:

  • Size or weight
  • Fuel or ignition components
  • Local regulations
  • International freight limitations

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that cannot legally or safely ship to a destination.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all product specifications prior to purchase
  • Verifying dimensions and installation requirements
  • Ensuring safe access for delivery
  • Hiring qualified installers when required
  • Following all local building codes and manufacturer instructions
