The Premium Pizzaioli is Authentic Pizza Oven's most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor. Each oven comes with a beautiful complimentary Portuguese ceramic baking dish.

It's perfect for roasting chicken, veggies, casseroles, desserts, bread, and more!  The experience of cooking outdoors becomes much richer when the oven itself is beautiful.

• High Grade Cast Aluminum Chimney: 6" high spout with flu/damper (6"h x 5.5"w) 38" Pipe extensions and cap available separately - see our Accessories page

• Thermometer: (0-500°C)
• Ultra Fire: Patch kit to address superficial cracks that will develop
