Starter Pack for Exceptional Outdoor Pizza Delights

You don't need much for your authentic pizza oven to enjoy its benefits.  We do recommend the following:

1. Standard Wood Pizza Peel:  We suggest using this to put your pizza in the oven with.  It's also a great prep board and all around great size.  Love this for everything!
2. Metal peel with wood handle: This 19" peel is a great size.  We recommend taking the pizza out of your oven with this one and resting it on the wooden one.
3. Bubble Popper: Surely not for popping bubbles because those are the best but a handy tool for moving the pizza, pushing dishes in or out and an over all great arm hair saver :)
4. Ash Shovel:  Easy tool to shovel the ash out when it's cool.
5. Oven Brush:  A must.  27" handle, with wire bristles and scraper.  Used to push the fire to one side or the other and brush the oven floor.
