How Ordering Works

Purchasing a premium outdoor product is an important decision. This guide explains how ordering, production, shipping, delivery, returns, and warranty support work at OutdoorLuxeLife.

1. Review the Product Details

Read the complete product description and confirm the dimensions, finish, fuel type, ignition system, installation requirements, included components, and available options. Handcrafted products may have natural variations in color, texture, or finish.

Many products are made to order or configured after purchase. Their production schedules are different from those of standard-stock accessories. Please review the availability and delivery information shown on the product page.

2. Contact Us Before Ordering When Needed

Please contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a size, fuel type, finish, ignition system, or configuration, or if delivery timing is important. We can request the most current information available from the manufacturer.

3. Prepare for Installation and Delivery

  • Measure the intended location and the route from the delivery point to that location.
  • Confirm that the property can be reached by the applicable delivery vehicle.
  • Review all clearance, ventilation, fuel, electrical, and foundation requirements.
  • Arrange a qualified installer when the product or local code requires one.
  • Plan how a large or heavy item will be moved from curbside to its final location.

Freight carriers do not normally provide installation or placement services.

4. Place the Order

Select the product and all required options, add it to the cart, and review the product, configuration, quantity, shipping address, and order total before completing checkout. Orders must be placed through OutdoorLuxeLife.com.

After checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. Please keep the order number for future reference. If any information requires clarification, OutdoorLuxeLife may contact you before the order is released for fulfillment.

5. Processing and Production

Standard-stock products may be prepared for shipment soon after order confirmation. Made-to-order, handcrafted, and customized products require manufacturer production time. Production estimates can change because of product configuration, material availability, seasonality, and manufacturer scheduling.

An estimated timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date. If timing is important, contact us before placing the order so we can request the current manufacturer estimate.

6. Shipping and Freight Delivery

OutdoorLuxeLife ships within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and destinations requiring unusual access are not included unless approved in writing before purchase.

Smaller products may ship by parcel carrier. Large products generally ship by curbside freight. The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

7. Inspect the Delivery

Inspect the packaging and product before signing the delivery receipt. Note visible damage on the receipt, photograph the packaging and product, and contact OutdoorLuxeLife promptly. Keep all packaging until the shipment has been inspected and any issue has been resolved.

8. Returns, Cancellations, and Warranties

Return and cancellation eligibility varies by manufacturer and product. Many custom, configured, handcrafted, and made-to-order items become final sale after production begins. Review the Refund Policy before ordering.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from returns and shipping-damage claims. Warranty coverage depends on the product, component, installation, use, and manufacturer terms. See our Manufacturer Warranties page for an overview.
