• Terms and Conditions mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third-party that may be displayed or made available by the Service.

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Products and Pricing

Product images may vary and that we reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time.

Payment Terms

We accept payment through SHOP PAY that processes credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal among others. They offer a secure payment portal  as well as financing through Affirm.  We require valid billing information in order to process orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and custom items may require additional lead time. Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Freight shipments may take longer depending on your location and carrier scheduling. 

Many of our products are built specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Production timelines vary depending on the product, finish selections, customization requests, seasonality, material availability, and manufacturer production schedules. Please review the Shipping Policy Page.

Refunds and Returns

Orders may generally be canceled within 24–48 hours of purchase without penalty, provided production has not yet begun.

Because many products are custom fabricated or freight shipped, returns are limited and must receive prior written authorization. Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

To qualify for an approved return:

• The request must typically be submitted within 20 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• The product must remain in new, resalable condition
• All accessories, manuals, and packaging materials must be included

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Once an approved return is received and inspected:

• Customers will be notified regarding approval or denial
• Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing times may vary by financial institution

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return freight charges and applicable restocking fees will be deducted from approved refunds.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

Intellectual Property

OutdoorLuxeLife LLC owns or has permission to use all of the intellectual property on this  website including design, photos, logos and content and they are protected by copyright laws around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You are not allowed to use any part of this website for commercial purposes without express permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Use

You may not violates any laws. You should not promote hate, violence or intolerance based upon race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
