You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Products and Pricing

Product images may vary and that we reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time.

Payment Terms

We accept payment through SHOP PAY that processes credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal among others. They offer a secure payment portal  as well as financing through Affirm.  We require valid billing information in order to process orders.

Shipping and Delivery

In-stock standard items are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order products require additional production time. Standard parcel transit generally takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, while freight delivery and appointment scheduling may take longer.

Production timelines vary depending on the product, selected options, material availability, season, and manufacturer schedule. All delivery times are estimates. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full coverage, freight, inspection, and damage-reporting terms.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible and are not approved until confirmed in writing. Custom and made-to-order products may not be canceled once production begins.

Every return requires prior written authorization. Eligibility, return periods, fees, and shipping responsibilities depend on the product and manufacturer as stated in our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy.

To qualify for an approved return, an eligible item must meet the applicable manufacturer or product-specific return period and condition requirements. Unless otherwise stated in that policy, items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, resalable, and in their original packaging.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Applicable original freight, return shipping, restocking fees, and cancellation fees are nonrefundable and may be deducted from the refund.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

Intellectual Property

OutdoorLuxeLife LLC owns or has permission to use all of the intellectual property on this  website including design, photos, logos and content and they are protected by copyright laws around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You are not allowed to use any part of this website for commercial purposes without express permission.

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Use

You may not violates any laws. You should not promote hate, violence or intolerance based upon race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
