Manufacturer Warranties
Warranty coverage is provided by the applicable manufacturer and depends on the product, component, installation, and type of use. This page is a customer-friendly summary; the manufacturer’s current written warranty controls.
The Outdoor Plus
The Outdoor Plus provides limited warranty coverage for qualifying manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct operation. Coverage is nontransferable and generally begins on the original sale or shipment date from the manufacturer.
- Burner rings and burner bars: lifetime limited coverage
- Stainless-steel and aluminum pans: 5 years for residential use; 1 year for commercial use
- Electronics, gas valves, and pilot assemblies: coverage varies by component and use
- Fire pits, bowls, fireplaces, Paradise Falls, GFRC, powder-coated, and stainless-steel products: 1 year
- Self-contained units and LED lighting: 1 year residential; 6 months commercial
- Torches, canvas covers, stainless-steel covers, and wind guards: generally 1 year, subject to applicable exclusions
Ignition-component coverage may require purchase with a pan-and-burner kit or complete fire feature. Exclusions include natural copper or Corten weathering, surface rust, water damage, overheating, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, and installation labor. Custom and ready-to-finish products, electrodes, spark igniters, ornaments, and media may be excluded.
Approved claims may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Proof of purchase and return authorization are required.
Authentic Pizza Ovens
Authentic Pizza Ovens provides a three-year limited warranty from the purchase date against qualifying major defects in materials and craftsmanship affecting structural components.
Proper installation, curing, operation, protection, and maintenance are required. Ovens must be protected from rain and snow. Exclusions include normal expansion cracks, tile chipping or discoloration, grout wear, smoke staining, rust on doors or chimneys, over-firing, improper curing, unsuitable fuels or cleaners, unapproved modifications, and severe-weather damage.
Traditional ovens are not covered for mobile use. Maximus or Prime installations on trucks or trailers require the manufacturer-specified modifications. For an approved claim, the manufacturer determines whether repair, replacement, or a refund up to the original purchase price is appropriate. Shipping, moving, unloading, installation, and consequential costs are excluded.
Fire Pit Art
Fire Pit Art provides structural-integrity coverage to the original purchaser:
- Carbon-steel fire pits: 10 years
- Stainless-steel fire pits: 100 years
- Artisan Spark Guards: screen material for 60 days and framework for 10 years, with proof of purchase
Approved structural defects may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Shipping and handling charges are excluded. The natural iron-oxide patina or rust finish is not covered. Other exclusions include saltwater environments, accidents, misuse, negligence, modifications, and damage to surrounding surfaces or furnishings.
Gas components have separate coverage. For qualifying HPC-equipped residential products, the published warranty lists lifetime coverage for stainless-steel burners, three years for electronics and gas valves, two years for pilot assemblies, and five years for other stainless-steel components. Commercial coverage differs. The warranty for the exact installed system and model must be confirmed.
How to Request Warranty Assistance

- Your OutdoorLuxeLife order number and purchase date
- The product manufacturer, model, and relevant component
- A clear description of the concern
- Photographs or video showing the product and issue
- Installation and maintenance information when requested
Do not return a product without written authorization. OutdoorLuxeLife will help organize the documentation and communicate with the manufacturer, but the manufacturer determines warranty eligibility and the available remedy.
Important Information
Warranty claims are separate from returns and shipping-damage claims. Inspect every delivery promptly and follow the procedures in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Keep your receipt and follow all installation, curing, operation, and care instructions supplied with the product.
