Refund policy

OutdoorLuxeLife sells premium outdoor products, including oversized, freight-shipped, custom, configured, and made-to-order items. Return eligibility depends on the product and manufacturer. Please review the applicable terms below before ordering.

Before requesting a return

• Contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without written authorization or a required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be refused.
• Unless stated otherwise below, an eligible item must be new, unused, uninstalled, unassembled, complete, resalable, and in its original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for confirming dimensions, finishes, fuel type, ignition options, installation requirements, doorway clearance, and delivery access before ordering.
• Return shipping, restocking fees, and cancellation fees are nonrefundable where stated below.

Product and manufacturer return terms

Fire Pit Art

Fire pits, custom designs, modified products, powder-coated products, and other made-to-order pieces are final sale once production or customization begins. Products that have held a fire and installed or used gas components are not returnable.

Unused standard accessories may be eligible for return only with written authorization. They must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Any approved return must be shipped prepaid in the original retail packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from an approved refund.

Artisan Spark Guards are not returnable when ordered for a product other than the compatible Fire Pit Art model.

Authentic Pizza Ovens

Return requests must be made within 14 days after delivery. The oven must be unused, uninstalled, unfired, in its original crate or box, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return freight. Return shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchange requests must also be made within 14 days and require authorization. The customer is responsible for freight to return the original item and freight for the replacement. Used, installed, cured, fired, damaged, or incompletely packaged ovens are not eligible.

Videl Grills

Videl grill orders become non-returnable after shipment. Contact OutdoorLuxeLife immediately if you need to request cancellation before shipment. A cancellation or return is not approved unless OutdoorLuxeLife confirms it in writing.

Custom or configured outdoor kitchens become final once production begins and are not returnable.

The Outdoor Plus

Made-to-order finished products and products with custom sizes, modifications, configurations, colors, or features are final sale once production begins.

A current standard-stock product may be eligible for return only after RMA approval. It must be new, unused, uninstalled, current, resalable, and in its original packaging. Approved customer-requested returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer pays return shipping.

Standard-stock burners, burner pans, ignition systems, gas components, wind guards, covers, media, and accessories may qualify under the same RMA terms only when unused, uninstalled, unconnected, complete, and in original packaging. Installed, fired, connected, altered, damaged, discontinued, custom-sized, or incomplete items are not returnable.

How to request a return

1. Email Michele@OutdoorLuxeLife.com or call +1 561-251-7252 with your order number, product name, reason for the request, and photographs where applicable.
2. Wait for written approval and return instructions. Do not ship the product until authorization is issued.
3. Package the approved item using the return instructions provided.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted by telephone and email as soon as possible. A request is not approved until OutdoorLuxeLife provides written confirmation. Orders that have entered production, been customized, been prepared for shipment, or shipped may not be canceled.

• Fire Pit Art: Cancellation is subject to approval. Fire pits are made to order; modified and powder-coated products become nonrefundable after payment.
• Authentic Pizza Ovens pre-orders: Cancellation before shipment is subject to a $250 fee.
• Authentic Pizza Ovens fully paid orders: Cancellation before shipment is subject to a 5% fee. If already shipped, return terms and freight responsibilities apply.
• Videl Grills: Cancellation must be requested before shipment and is subject to written approval. After shipment, the order is non-returnable.
• The Outdoor Plus: Made-to-order and custom products are final once production begins.

Freight damage and incorrect shipments

Inspect all freight deliveries before signing the delivery receipt. Visible damage must be written on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Severe damage should be refused whenever reasonably possible. Notify OutdoorLuxeLife within 48 hours and provide photographs of the packaging, pallet or crate, product, shipping label, and delivery receipt. Retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Authentic Pizza Ovens order discrepancies must be reported within five days. Reporting damage after delivery does not replace the requirement to document visible damage on the delivery receipt.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 10 business days after approval for OutdoorLuxeLife to process the refund; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Applicable return shipping, restocking fees, and cancellation fees described above will be deducted from the refund. Store credit will be used only if the customer agrees.

Warranties

Warranty claims are separate from returns and are subject to the applicable manufacturer warranty. Contact us with your order number, product information, and photographs so we can assist. Warranty coverage generally excludes improper installation, overheating, modification, misuse, abuse, improper storage, and improper maintenance.
