Traditional Rotisserie Spit for Outdoor Cooking

Our higher dome ovens such as the Lisboa and Venturas ovens are rotisserie capable. Use this rotisserie to cook delicious chickens or kabobs in your prestigious pizza oven.

In the back of these ovens there is a metal cap insert that the end of the spit rests in. Simply skewer your favorite piece of meat and rotate it as it cooks beautifully in your wood fired oven.
