The Pizzaioli is our most authentic model and is ideal for true Italian-style pizza (in just 90 seconds!). It has a wider opening and lower dome that conducts heat directly to the oven floor.

Each Oven Package Includes:

• Iron door with venting holes
• Chimney spout with flu/damper (6"h x 5.5"w)
• 38" pipe extensions and cap available separately — see our Accessories page
• Ceramic Portuguese Baking Dish: (10" x 14.5" x 3")
• Thermometer: (0-500°C)
• Ultra Fire: Patch kit to address superficial cracks that will develop

This 'builders custom' Pizzaioli comes with an iron door (which will rust if not treated – especially if you live near water). Using a Rustoleum-type product and covering it when not in use will be helpful if this is a concern for you. Many love the rust factor.

These ovens never use a zinc/galvanized coating. You can paint or tile the white-domed ovens to match your home or design specifications using a high heat paint or adhesive. We recommend curing your oven and using it for a few weeks before painting.

All of our ovens require "all-weather" protection from rain, sleet and snow, fallen leaves, and protection from harsh elements when not in use. If you don't have a cover, we offer them for purchase. See our Accessories page.
