ItaliaForno Allegro Compact Gas Pizza Oven

Set out the dough, bring your favorite toppings to the table, and let dinner unfold outdoors. The Allegro by ItaliaForno brings Italian high-heat cooking to a compact gas oven, without the space commitment of a large outdoor kitchen.

Made in Italy and fueled by propane, Allegro is designed for smaller outdoor cooking areas. Its compact size gives you an option for a patio or townhome setting, provided the installation meets the manufacturer’s requirements and local rules.

A smooth, rounded dome gives Allegro a simple, understated appearance. For your first pizza oven or a smaller backyard cooking area, it pairs Italian design with the convenience of gas.

The ItaliaForno Allegro is a compact propane pizza oven for residential outdoor cooking areas where installation and gas use are permitted. Its rounded dome and modest footprint suit smaller patios and outdoor kitchens.

Propane lets you tend to dinner without managing a wood fire or clearing wood ash afterward. Set up and operate Allegro according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then preheat it for your meal.

Allegro’s compact cooking chamber is designed to retain heat and recover between pizzas. It gives you a dedicated place for outdoor pizza making while keeping the oven’s footprint modest.

Follow pizza with roasted vegetables, or plan dinner around seafood and meat dishes. Allegro also accommodates flatbreads and cast-iron cooking, giving you reasons to use it throughout the week
